Well been to the Malthouse , a sister restaurant to the Turnpike in Rishworth , junction 22 M62. I must say the starter of chicken liver parfait was excellent as was the orange and cinnamon cheesecake I had for a sweet BUT and here it comes , a pepper sauce tasting of lemons completely ruined my medium T-bone steak. Well I say medium it was uncooked mainly and tasted like it had been cooked in a deep fat fryer . Im sorry malthouse but it was bad with a capital B. in future I will go to the Turnpike its a little more expensive but at least I enjoy it .
